| Gradual year wise expansion in classes and sections: |

Initially when the Vidyalaya was established in 1972, it started with classes up to X standard. From 1992-93, Humanities Stream was also started along with science stream for class XII. Class XII with science Stream only was started from 1985. Humanities Stream of Class XII functioned up to 2000-01. In 2001-02 and 2002-03, it had only Science as well as Commerce Streams both.
The Vidyalaya is a two section school from Class I to XII. In 2006-07 and 2007-08 only, the Vidyalaya had three sections from Class I to VIII and two sections from Class IX to XII. |
