| PTA meeting Date: 31.7.2008: |
1) THe PTA meeting was held in the VIdyalaya. Cdr Anil Khemani, Nominee Chairman, addressed the parents in the beginning and enquired from parents of children of class X and XII. The difficulties being faced by children and help required from teachers.
2) The Principal informed that extra coaching will started in the Vidyalaya before U.T. for revision in care of less achievers who have already been identified.
3) good books as recommended by the teachers should be purchased additionally by the parents along with NCERT books
4) The teachers of all the subjects inter acted with all the parents present in the presence of principal and told them the weaknesses of their words. |

| PTA meeting Date: 30.9.2008 |
1) The PTA meeting was held in the Vidyalaya. X and XII class student's parents assembled in the library along with principal and all subject teachers
2) The unit test marks obtained by the students were intimated to the parents by the subject teachers. The weakness in the children were discussed.
3) The Principal advised the parents not to expose the children much to the TV at home. They should be least disturbed by use of TV and girl's help in kitchen should be avoided for the remaining part of the year.
4) The parents were allowed to interact with teachers on one-to-one basis later on.
5) The parents of primary classes and non-board class children, met the teachers in the class room also on one to one basis discussed steps for improvement of children. |

| PTA meeting Date: 06.12.2008 |

1) The meeting was held with parents of children class X and XII in the library. Principal and all subject teachers attended it.
2) The first pre-board result was intimated by the subject teachers to the parents and short comings of children were also intimated to parents.
3) One-to-one interaction was done by the subject teachers with each parent.
4) The principal instructed the parents to stop the use of TV at home, in case of weak children for ht next months till exams are over, some parents informed they have already done it. |

| PTA meeting Date: 31.1.2009 |

1) The meeting with parents of X and XII was held in the library and presided over by the principal. All the subject teachers attended the meeting.
2) The result of second pre-board was intimated by the subject teachers to the parents
3) The parents were told by the principal not to engage the student in the tuition in the market and intimated that the regular teacher of commerce will hold extra classes in school from 3 PM to 5 PM daily and in Economics extra teaching will be done in school.
4) The parents were intimated that 5 period time table in prepared for whole day and should not worry for coaching from out side.
5) Children of all other classes from class I to XII except X, XII, met teachers in class room and were intimated the coaching steps i.e. extra coaching of zero period daily for the morning including assembly time. This was being done from class III to class XII. For XII it was for all the children. |
